Acceptance

By accessing or using Edynamics websites or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Edynamics provides business services including design, print coordination, website development, social media management, advertising, and business support services. Service details, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon before work begins.

Design and digital services: delivered electronically within agreed timelines.
Print services: produced and shipped via our production partners. Shipping timelines vary by destination and are communicated at the time of order.
All service timelines begin upon receipt of all required materials and confirmed payment.

Quotes and Payment

Quotes are provided within 24 hours of your request. Quotes are valid for 14 days. Work begins upon receipt of agreed payment. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of project agreement. Edynamics accepts payment via bank transfer and will accept credit card payments via Stripe when available.

Revisions and Satisfaction

We are committed to delivering professional quality work. Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as agreed at the start of the project. If you are not satisfied with delivered work, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and we will work to resolve it.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of final delivered design files and website code. Edynamics retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Shipping and Delivery

Print orders are shipped from production facilities in the United States and Canada. Shipping timelines and costs are confirmed at the time of order. Edynamics coordinates production and shipping but is not responsible for customs delays or duties applicable in the destination country. Clients are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

Limitation of Liability

Edynamics liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
